About the Program

Building on the entrepreneurial culture that was established by our founding lawyers, Maynard Cooper launched its Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program in 2016.  As part of this program an established entrepreneur will reside in one of our offices where he/she will serve as a coach, mentor and consultant to Maynard Cooper’s attorneys and emerging business clients.  The EIR will focus on helping younger lawyers develop the skills and insight needed to represent and add value to entrepreneurs and start-up companies, as well as advising early stage companies from the perspective of an effective business leader.  The EIR Program is designed to further

Maynard Cooper’s entrepreneurial spirit and to invest in the lawyers who will be a part of the national startup community for years to come.

“This is the next step in the evolution of the entrepreneurial community.”

– Craig Parker
